Terms and conditions

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

"Casino" means Casino du Lac-Leamy;
"Player" or "you" refers to any individual who participates in games at the Casino; and
"Games" includes all casino-style games, including slots, table games, poker, and other gaming activities offered by the Casino.

ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE

By participating in Games at the Casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in Games at the Casino.

ARTICLE 3: AGE AND IDENTITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age as required by law) to enter the Casino or participate in Games. You may be asked to provide identification to verify your age and identity.

ARTICLE 4: RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

ARTICLE 5: GAME RULES AND REGULATIONS

ARTICLE 6: PAYOUTS AND PRIZES

Payouts and prizes for Games at the Casino shall be determined solely by the Casino's management, taking into account all relevant factors, including but not limited to, applicable laws and regulatory requirements. All payouts and prizes are subject to verification by our staff prior to payment.

ARTICLE 7: CHARGES AND FEES

The Casino reserves the right to impose charges or fees for participation in Games, access to facilities, and use of services offered at the Casino.

ARTICLE 8: PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in relation to the design, layout, structure, and content of the Casino's website, materials, and other visual representations, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and software (collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property"), belong exclusively to the Casino. You may use Intellectual Property only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

ARTICLE 9: CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

The Casino takes data protection seriously. We collect your information primarily for registration and gaming purposes and we keep it confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 10: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Casino be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages arising from participation in Games at the Casino, including but not limited to losses or expenses resulting from wagering, transportation, accommodations, and other related activities. Our liability is strictly limited according to applicable laws.

ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in conformity with the Arbitration Act of Québec, without regard to its conflicts-of-law provisions.

ARTICLE 12: CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in Games at the Casino will be deemed as acceptance of any changes made to these Terms and Conditions.
